Al was super responsive and prompt with my many questions. He filed the paperwork with my HOA and took care of everything. His staff was professional and courteous. I am very happy with my new roof. I highly recommend them!!

We were pleased to have Monumental Roof Services to replace our storm damaged roof recently. They did an excellent job at a competitive price pleasing to us. It took only two days for the procedure. Interestingly noticeable was the care taken of plants, yard etc around our cottage with tarps to collect refuse that could drop by accident which hardly happened. Any former nails or refuse were constantly monitored by staff picking up items if fallen. All old roofing was bodily carried to dumpster not thrown to ground as was done by former roofer 18 years ago. The staff were polite, and attentive to our needs making sure we could come and go for appointments etc. by keeping driveway clear at all times. The roof looks like a piece of art being light in color rather than dark absorbing sunlight in our Texas heat. We were apprised of any situations that came up with satellite placement and repair of chimney that needed discussion in otherwords we were brought into decisions fully. All and all a job well done and we are excited to refer them to others in our community in fact neighbors walking stop and marvel at how beautiful the job is and how it enhances our cottage in their neighborhood.
